We all want to be happy. But at some point in our lives, we may feel stuck, face challenges, or long for more peace, deeper connections, or more self-love.

Getting support from a therapist can help you understand more clearly what’s going on and allow you create new ways to think about your relationships with self and with others.

By uncovering the obstacles holding you back, and figuring out what is really important to you, you can learn to make better choices, feel calmer and more optimistic, turn goals into realities, discover fresh opportunities, and find a sense of peace in the day-to-day. In my practice, I see only adults and couples.

How it Works
As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach in addition to being a psychotherapist, I take a creative, active, and practical approach that allows you to understand more quickly what drives you and restricts you, and to identify new and better ways of being. While we will discuss your past as it is relevant to your life now, and uncover patterns and insight, we won’t get stuck in “analysis paralysis” or lose sight of what you really want for your life, now and in the future.
Shannon's Therapy Style
Therapy is your time for YOU. We will be partners on the journey of you getting to know yourself and what you want for your life on a deep level. I am warm, creative, compassionate, friendly, and non-judgmental; I am also fiercely committed to you living a life aligned with your best self and with what is truly important to you.

In therapy, our co-created relationship, coupled with your openness, willingness to take a look at your life, and desire to take action, are the keys to your transformation. I also bring my years of experience with yoga, meditation and mindfulness, and various forms of self-inquiry and personal growth/human potential work.
